ADMISSIONS PROCESS

NEW STUDENTS

  1. Fill out our Application

  2. Placement Testing - Once you have submitted the Application, it will be reviewed. Dependent on grade level, we will reach out to schedule Placement Testing.

  3. Tuition Form & Book Fees - Once Testing is complete and reviewed, you will receive an email stating whether or not the student has been approved for enrollment. If accepted, fill out the Tuition Form

    On the Tuition Form, you will select payment preferences for tuition. This form will initiate auto tuition payments to begin August 10th. Upon submission of the Tuition Form, the Book Fees will be paid. The Book Fee payment will be immediate when the Tuition Form is submitted. (Tuition payments will automatically be drafted from your account on the 17th day of each month.)

  4. Handbook - Be sure to read through the Student Handbook. Within the Handbook, read the Enrollment Procedures carefully, which explains all student documents needed prior to school start date. 

  5. Uniform - Make sure you have a uniform for all Eastgate Academy students in your household. You can view the Uniform Policy in the Student Handbook.

  6. Supply List - This link will show supplies listed by grade level. Purchase and bring supplies by first day of school.

  7. Lunch - Decide if you want your student to take advantage of our hot lunch program, or if he\she will bring a lunch to school. You may purchase Lunch Cards on the Parents tab of our website. 

  8. Complete all Forms. These are essential for enrollment.

RETURNING STUDENTS

  1. Fill out our Re-Enrollment Form

  2. Enrollment & Tuition - Once you have submitted the re-enrollment form, it will be reviewed. You will then receive an email stating whether or not the student has been approved for re-enrollment. Once accepted, fill out the Tuition Form

    On the Tuition Form, you will select payment preferences for tuition. Once the form is submitted, the first (August) payment will be withdrawn automatically beginning August 17th. Subsequent payments, will be automatically drafted from your account on the 17th day of each month.

  3. Book Fees are paid via the Tuition Form.
