ADMISSIONS PROCESS

STEP 1: ELIGIBILITY

Any child who will be in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade may apply. The student must be five years old by September 5th of fall semester.


When you have determined that Eastgate Academy could be a good fit for your family, you are ready to apply. As part of the online process you will complete the online form, provide contact information and a church reference, upload your student’s birth certificate, current grades and test results, and pay the non-refundable $65 application fee. Once submitted, you can check the status of your application online.

STEP 3: INTERVIEW AND ASSESSMENT

Once we have reviewed your completed application, we will contact you to discuss next steps, which may include an interview with our administration and student assessment.


Each student's application is carefully considered by the administration. All discussions regarding applications are held in strict confidence. Admission decisions consider the student’s potential for success at Eastgate Academy and the parents' desire for a Christ-centered education for their children. Parents will be notified of the admissions decision either in writing or in person; reasons for the decision are not disclosed to applicants. Heritage Christian School reserves the right to grant admittance only to students who we believe meet the criteria outlined in our admissions policy.
